Thai Pop Up


Sarah and I are both huge fans of food from South East Asia and I often cook Thai food when I get the chance, though committing to doing the first Thai pop-up did actually fill me with horror as I was anxious about doing the theme justice.

I can make a tasty Thai Green Curry and make pretty damn good Thai Crab Cakes (even if I do say so myself!) so there are some dishes I’m very confident with, but in all honesty, I didn’t think that these two farming gals could pull off a full Thai menu but each year we’ve done an Asian themed pop-up and the evenings have sold out fast.

So here we have our 2019 4 course menu for Friday 11th of October – chopsticks at the ready!
